NOVA-2000 Generator for Hybrid Drones

The NOVA -2000 generator is a highly efficient generator designed for multicopters and VTOL fixedwings. The NOVA -2000 generator weighs only 4 kg, making it much lighter than any other generator that produces 2000 W of output power. So the NOVA generator is five times more efficient than other generators. The continuous power of the generator is 1800 W. An internal combustion engine consumes gasoline and drives the generator to provide 48 V of power. In addition, a 12S lipo battery pack must be installed on board to provide backup power for rapid climb and maneuvering.
With this generator, the maximum takeoff weight can reach 21 kg (depending on the power system) and the maximum flight time is about 5 hours. This NOVA generator is the heart of the GAIA 160 hybrid hexacopter, which holds the world record for crossing the ocean bay in 175 minutes. An onboard generator rated at 2000 W, NOVA provides enough power to the engines to ensure a long flight time. And someone has equipped the M600 with this NOVA -2000 generator, the flight time is up to 1 hour with 2L gasoline. But at present, GAIA 160-Hybrid is the most efficient multicopter equipped with NOVA hybrid generator. The maximum flight time is up to 5 hours.
NOVA-2000 generator is suitable for multicopter whose power is still less than 1800W even with 6kg generator system (including generator, fuel tank and 1L gasoline). Car gasoline is available as fuel. When the generator is running, its noise level is about 80 dBA. But the noise has no effect when you talk 10 meters away from the drone. We also offer a silencer that you can use to reduce the noise to 60 dBA.
The NOVA -2000 also needs maintenance to maintain its high performance. The maintenance cycle is 50 hours. And we also provide the accessories for you to maintain the generator.
