The Loong 2160 VTOL is a quick-mount, reliable, high-performance VTOL that can be used for long-distance inspections by loading it with various gimbal cameras. Equipped with MX16 ground control station and Seeker-10/EH314 gimbal camera, Loong 2160 VTOL can achieve a range of 10 km (test in open environment without obstacles or electromagnetic interference) and endurance of at least 70 hours.
In this inspection combination, Loong 2160 VTOL is equipped with four foldable trolleys, which provide enough cargo space for the gimbal camera. It can be loaded with a maximum of 1.3 kg of equipment, which is sufficient for almost all types of task load cameras.
The biggest highlight of Loong is the quick-assembly feature, which allows you to assemble it without any tools, reducing the preparation time for each flight.
Loong 2160 VTOL has an aerodynamic shape with 2160 mm wingspan and 1200 mm fuselage. Made of EPO and reinforced with carbon tubes, the frame has high tensile strength and light weight. The whole frame is durable and portable and weighs only 1kg.
To strengthen the drone, the belly is protected by a wear-resistant PVC layer and the two wings are covered with a high-strength aluminum plastic film for protection.
The drone features a "4+1" motor concept with 4 VTOL motors and 1 fixed-wing motor, so you can perform space-saving VTOL and fast fixed-wing tasks simultaneously with a powerful propulsion system.
It can also withstand wind speeds from 5.5 m/sto 7.9 m/s (12.5 mph to 17.5 mph), allowing it to perform flight tasks in a variety of complex situations.
The ESC for fixed-wing mode is mounted on the outside for better heat dissipation. The metal buckle is placed in the position of the center of gravity to prevent loosening, and also makes it easier to find the CG; The clear cable routing of the camera cabin helps to configure the camera without tangling the cables.
