Can I Return the Goods ?
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason,you can return them back to us.
All the products that purchased come with 30 days warranty. The return must be done within 30 days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging and all included accessories. Our service centers do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified.
Should your product be faulty, please photograph the parcel and its contents (For some products, a short video is required). The photos must show products, parcel and packing materials clearly. You may return it back to us for a full refund or replacement.
Please note that the 30 days warranty is for problems resulting from manufacturing defects. Damaged caused by improper installation, use or damage resulting from the crash will not be covered.

The refund may not include shipping costs. For those orders with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
If the products are damaged resulting from improper installation / use or after long-time use, and you would like to return back for repairing. The shipping cost of sending back should be pre-paid by your end.
After repairing, we will send the products to you via Registered Airmail. If you would like to choose other shipping methods, you will need to pay the extra shipping cost by yourself.

Note:Returned Package without a detailed information like order number,problem explanation and shipping back address will not be accepted.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR WRONG CHOICE OR CHANGE OF MIND. WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF WE HAVE MADE AN ERROR WITH YOUR ORDER.
