Main Features
RFD900A is a compact and high performance wireless data transmission module. The main features are:
-No distinction between transceiver and transmitter design, each module is integrated with USB serial chip, USB and UART interface automatically switch, USB priority
-Operating frequency range 902-928 MHz, ISM band
The transmitter circuit is designed with a low noise amplifier greater than 20DB, and low-pass filtering unit is added -The transmitting power can be adjusted, the maximum 1W transmitting power
-Receive circuitry pre-sensitive LNA and SAW circuitry
-Outdoor communication distance of 40 km or more (depending on antenna performance and communication rate requirements) -Air data rate of up to 250Kbps
-Dual antenna interface, support antenna diversity, differentiated antenna configuration
-Support local radio AT command configuration, remote radio RT command configuration
-With module temperature monitoring, automatic duty cycle adjustment based on temperature to avoid overheating -Operating temperature -40 to +85 degrees Celsius
